∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Business Transformation Division.
∎ Job Grade: Senior Officer / Principal Officer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather process-related data, performance metrics, and pain points.
∎ Design and develop optimized process models, incorporating industry best practices and innovative approaches.
∎ Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and streamlined workflows to drive operational efficiency.
∎ Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of redesigned processes.
∎ Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their engagement, buy-in, and participation throughout the change process.
∎ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Monitor process metrics, collect feedback, and conduct data analysis to assess the effectiveness of process changes.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive ongoing process optimization and efficiency gains.
∎ Communicate process changes, updates, and improvements to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
∎ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process excellence and build process awareness within the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2/3 years' experience in relevant field with any reputed organization.
∎ Strong knowledge on data analysis, process assessment and optimization, change management etc.
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Good command in negotiation skill, vendor management, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in customer centricity, human centric design & to be self-propelled.
∎ Team player, capability to lead a dynamic team independently and keen to develop others.
∎ Capable to initiate and drive projects/initiatives independently.
∎ Open to "CHANGE" & accept challenge to act as change driver.
