Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
∎ Develop and implement analytical SEO strategies and campaigns, while monitoring performance and analytics of website to align clients appropriately with the correct target consumers, producing increased traffic;
∎ Design, build and maintain social media presence;
∎ Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and assess against goals (RoI and KPIs) relating to outcomes based on the data analysis for various audiences, including management and marketing;
∎ Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
∎ Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests;
∎ Create dashboards for senior management and various business units, synthesizing data from various sources;
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
∎ Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels;
∎ Act as administrator of web analytics tool, working internally to support and train others on the effective use of the tool;
∎ Lead vendor management, invoice approvals, and optimize vendor delivery and performance;
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations to senior management on ways to improve the website.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in digital agency/bank/financial institution/telco/FMCG in relevant role;
∎ Strong negotiation skills;
∎ Ability to think out of the box, creative and innovative;
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
∎ Skills in video editing, photography will be added advantage;
∎ Skills in social media marketing;
∎ Ability to work in a team and willing to take time-bound and challenging task.
