Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement new product & strategies for achieving Retail Assets & Liability GL growth & NTB target through monitoring, follow ups, coordination with all relevant Channels.
∎ Improve and implement approaches for the whole Retail Business in terms of product, pricing, servicing, and distribution in order to maintain year-on-year growth on number of customers, product penetration, and profit.
∎ Help the line manager to prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to monitor and facilitate Business budget achievement through Channels
∎ Coordinating with other divisions in different projects to maximize the retail business growth.
