Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review SWIFT messages to be processed through this unit to facilitate required regulatory documentation and execute transaction verification in core banking system as per rules and regulation.
∎ Ensure the KYC of remitter through appropriate measure and facilitate actual incentive payment to valid wage earners.
∎ Ensure appropriate regulatory reporting in timely manner as per Bangladesh Bank instruction including NGO remittance and wage incentive payment.
∎ Check the inward remittance transactions in Special Foreign Currency Account to ensure update the transactions in Bangladesh Bank online portal.
∎ Ensure the reporting of receiving of short-term loan related transactions to Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Ensure Universal Confirmation update of SWIFT Tracker.
∎ Ensure no losses due to fraud and forgeries due to the executed of Inward remittance transaction.
