Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Business Performance Report of Branches and Individual Staff;
∎ Assist Regional Heads in implementing various Projects of Distribution Network;
∎ Regularly review forecast to actual performance, identify reasons behind unsatisfactory performance and look for corrective measure in collaboration with Regional Heads;
∎ Assist Regional Heads in setting and revising Business Targets;
∎ Manage MIS and create Database for Distribution Network;
∎ Analyze Transaction pattern of Branches to calculate Individual Staff Productivity;
∎ Prepare Presentations on Strategy Formulation, Business Analysis, and others Projects;
∎ Coordinate with Branches regarding Business and Operational queries;
∎ Work on Cross Divisional assignments derived from Management’s agenda;
∎ Collaborate with Business Solution Department for process automation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3 years experience in planning & analysis role preferably in branch banking;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office, most importantly in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Good writing and analytics skill.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers;
∎ Ability to work in a team;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled and capability to meet deadlines.
