Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth IT Operation (Service Request, Technical support, incident & problem management), System availability for banking IT domain;
∎ Overall responsible for ensuring application management and smooth operations and support (service request, technical support, incident & problem management), system availability following the agreed SLA & KPIs, and management reporting, and managing IT applications including licensing, products, services, and regulatory compliance;
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels to understand their business drivers and work to deliver/promote technical solutions as appropriate;
∎ Assist and ensure to provide best-in-class support services to ensure the prompt resolution of all requests in line with the Service/Operational Level Expectations;
∎ Develop and drive a high-level Application management strategy that ensures high-quality support at a fast pace, as well as take a hands-on approach to implement that strategy;
∎ Monitor support SLA, Govern IT support process and do stakeholder reporting;
∎ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, including Root Cause Analysis and permanent fixes;
∎ Manage all aspects of the end-to-end Capacity Management & Release management process;
∎ Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations;
∎ Do periodic planning, proactive Risk & issue management, cross-project dependencies;
∎ Act as an integral stakeholder and a key decision maker in the E2E life cycle of technical analysis and development lead;
∎ Solid experience in Application Management;
∎ Team management & ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery;
∎ Drive delivery efficiency, improve work culture and engagement;
∎ Coordinate with business teams and BA to ensure proper requirement analysis to achieve business goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of solid experience in application development and maintenance; experience in the Financial industry is preferable;
∎ Able to drive delivery and remove road blockers;
∎ Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management;
∎ Proactive risk management and positive thinking;
∎ Proven track record in managing complex and large software development programs and projects;
∎ Experience in handling managed service development in the banking domain;
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and a team player.
