Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility of the job holder will be to manage the daily BAU of the Account Services team;
∎ Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing;
∎ Ensure adherence to appropriate regulatory circulars on KYC and CDD;
∎ Conduct documentation, due diligence, compliance review, and escalate where necessary;
∎ Take ownership, monitor, and ensure TAT & SLA between branches & central operation;
∎ Communicate with internal business customers and other support units as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in any bank or financial institution;
∎ Should have a 360-degree understanding of processes and ability to make decisions independently;
∎ Should have sound technical skills to automate the process continuously;
∎ Relevant work experience and system knowledge will add value;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office & conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capability to meet deadlines.
