Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Laws (LLB)/ Master of Laws (LLM) from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Have to accompany & assists senior lawyers at the court premises.
∎ Need to work out-door e.g. visiting police stations, different district courts, gov. offices, registry offices etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently and in a professional manner.
∎ Ability to work being a team member.
∎ Vetting & drafting of various contracts & other legal documents.
∎ Knowledge about different sector of law.
∎ Providing legal opinion on different issues.
∎ Case related drafting.
∎ Prepare legal documents, W/S, prepare legal files, send case updates to superiors through email time to time and other related work as required.
∎ Ability to prepare Legal Drafts and be able to answer of all legal inquiries.
∎ Capability to prepare Deed Agreement, Reminder Letters, Legal Notices etc.
∎ Will perform any other task as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 0 to 1 year experience in the relevant field.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge with computer.
∎ Have to be familiar with Dhaka District Court, Dhaka Magistrate Court.
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Ability to multitask and priorities tasks.
∎ Expertise in research work offline and online.
∎ Able to work as a team.
∎ Applicant has to possess positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Contender must be ready to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
