∎ Demonstrated expertise in land law and adeptness in vetting land documents, coupled with a solid foundation in contract law, are essential qualifications for this role.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate practice, preferably at a reputable law firm.
∎ Extensive knowledge and practical experience in banking and finance matters.
∎ Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Thorough understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Commitment to upholding professional ethics and maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Preference will be extended to Barristers and to candidates enrolled as Advocates with the Bangladesh Bar Council.

∎ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in these areas are essential.
∎ Demonstrating proven experience and expertise in land law and property-related legal matters.
∎ Drafting legal opinions based on detailed analysis of land documents, providing clear and comprehensive assessments.
∎ Conducting on-site visits to land projects for practical evaluation and to offer informed legal opinions.
∎ Possessing the ability to file and represent clients effectively in land-related legal cases.
∎ Ensuring legal compliance through due diligence and meticulous vetting of land documents.
∎ Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis across a range of corporate matters.
∎ Collaborating with senior lawyers to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
∎ Assisting in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
