Coordinating digital payment-related activities and tasks.
Onboarding merchants and collaborating with aggregators/partners to deliver effective support.
Conducting regular merchant visits and monitoring.
Creating innovative ideas and necessary service-level documentation for systemic and business enhancements.
Serving as the primary point of contact for dispute resolution.
Managing critical chargeback and dispute issues.
Vigilantly supervising transactions to prevent fraud. Preparing reports, official documentation, and presentations for various purposes.
