∎ Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a university sanctioned by the University Grants Commission (UGC). A minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 is required. No third division is allowed.
∎ 1 year of relevant experience in customer service/ management is preferred preferred.
∎ Demonstrated ability to articulate complex information with clarity and simplicity.
∎ Possession of thorough financial and industry knowledge, enabling the provision of sound and reliable advice to clients.
∎ Willingness to work flexible shifts, round the clock, as per business requirements.
∎ Capable and willing to perform effectively under pressure and meet assigned targets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Context: Actively promote the lounge service, foreign exchange facility, and other banking services to individual customers in a proactive manner. Cultivate relationships with potential new customers to guarantee customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service. Demonstrate a proactive approach to developing and sustaining a comprehensive understanding of customer needs. Provide updated information to customers and guide them on endorsements (if required) in alignment with travel quotas. Proactively communicate the benefits to guests and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for bank products.
∎ Responsibilities: 1) Extend a gracious welcome, provide personalized assistance, and ensure the provision of world-class and bespoke service facilities to our esteemed customers.
∎ 2) Promote and offer guidance on the comprehensive range of products and services provided by the bank.
∎ 3) Cultivate a positive visibility strategy to augment the brand image of the Bank.
∎ 4) Offer assistance to customers as needed, particularly in matters pertaining to banking services.
∎ 5) Identify and develop opportunities for cross-selling various banking products, including deposits, loans, and credit cards.
∎ 6) Facilitate word-of-mouth promotion of the Bank, particularly among travelers.
