Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor degree in any discipline. BBA or Bachelor in Economics / CSE / Digital Banking/ Communications or any other relevant subject from top-ranked public and private universities is preferred. No 3rd division (below 2.50/4.00) is allowed.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as confirmed employee in any Bank / Financial Institute/ FMCG Company / Telco / Fintech / Pharmaceuticals.

  • Thorough understanding of the Financial Ecosystem and Value Web model, Agent banking, Alternate Banking, and Digital Banking.

  • Micro merchant management capacity.

  • Flexibility to work anywhere in Bangladesh anytime.

  • Agility to cope with any new technology·

  • Skill: Good interpersonal, communication, analytical & problem solving skill.



Responsibilities & Context:

To ensure smooth service and relationship between all digital banking channels and partners as well as to implement related government and other stakeholders’ initiatives.

Will report to the head of Channel Management, Digital Banking Division:

  • To assist in maintaining liaison between all digital banking channels and partners so that digital initiatives progress smoothly·

  • To provide support in all Govt. projects with the bank·

  • To support in responding to all activation queries of digital banking channels and partners·

  • To be on the field for all digital banking initiatives` activation tasks, e.g. organizing and managing events, ensuring field-level engagement with digital channel partners and other pertinent tasks·

  • To be capable of and always ready to perform Digital Banking Division`s activation tasks in any part of Bangladesh to bolster Digital Banking initiatives·

  • To routinely conduct field visits and business visits to support Digital Banking business units·

  • To assist in preparing necessary MIS and Reports to support Digital Banking channels and business·

  • To support the continuation of Digital Banking business initiatives post-go-live by (not limited to) ensuring smooth business operations, stakeholder management, crisis management, resource mobilization, and business communication·

  • To have the capability of contributing to digital initiatives and projects substantially by having strong knowledge and understanding of digital lending, digital business, digital channels, e-commerce, CMSME financing, activation, event management, MIS, Govt. & Bangladesh Bank regulations.
