∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or related industries with at least 1 year or more in ADC Operations.
∎ Technical understanding on card business/ operation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Onboard Card Customer ensuring everything in order as per laid down process and policies.
∎ Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure efficient service delivery.
∎ Support all card data Maintenance.
∎ Ensure efficient processing & faster completion of assigned responsibility.
∎ Drive continuous improvement in productivity and Cost Efficiencies.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and requirements.
