1. Academic background in business or BBA/ MBA from reputed UGC approved University if preferred. No 3rd Division is allowed.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Understanding in CBS (Core Banking Solution) is needed.

• Proficiency in MS Office- specially advanced knowledge in MS excel.

This position will report to the Head of Branch Operation Department, who is under the supervision of the Head of Operations and falls under the jurisdiction of the Chief Operating Officer.

• Resolution of daily and adhoc branch operational issues.·  Monitoring and reviewing branch operation procedures to identify risk factors. 

• Maintaining liaison with regulatory authorities/ relevant CHO departments/ divisions/ Branches/ Sub-branches for compliance assurance as and when required.

• Preparing regulatory/ intra-department/ performance analysis reports.

• Keeping the Branch Network Operations Manual up to date with the new compliance requirements, risk factors, market practice, and assessment criterions.

• Raising and resolving valid CBS related issues on behalf of Branches and Sub-branches.

• Supporting the internal CBS team for various general banking related agendas & development of system procedure & reports.

• Assisting process reengineering and digital method adaptation.

• Leading/ Supporting new project implementation with coordination among other departments.

• Conducting transaction trend/ customer behavior analysis through data mining with the objectives of optimization of existing process and conduct reengineering initiatives with the goal for intense compliance and/or digitalized processes and/or operational efficiency.

• Acting as a backup for other wings of the department.

• Conducting operational reviews of branches as and when instructed by management.
