∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in a Bank/ Financial with hands on experience in Dispute Management/ Accounts Reconciliation/ Customer Support, etc.Bachelor in
∎ Accounting/ Finance/Banking/Accounting and Information Systems from a UGC approved university. Minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 .
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend and resolve customer complaints & queries submitted through VOC Application.
∎ Perform reconciliation and dispute management of digital transactions over MFS, E-Commerce & Open Banking partners.
∎ Prepare monthly reconciliation & Commission Earning reports.
∎ Report to senior management, end users and stakeholders on operational issues.
∎ Prepare required documentations.
