∎ Airport Lounge:
∎ Deliver personalized services to high-net-worth guests.
∎ Greet and welcome visitors warmly to create a valued and privileged experience.
∎ Strengthen the brand’s positive image through professional engagement.
∎ Assist guests with banking services and inquiries as needed.
∎ Identify opportunities to cross-sell deposits, loans, and credit cards.
∎ Airport Exchange Booth:
∎ Accurately provide foreign currency exchange services with due diligence.
∎ Verify annual foreign currency endorsement limits in customer passports.
∎ Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations through up-to-date knowledge of policies.
∎ Support the profitability of both the exchange booth and the broader banking operations.
