• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA/MBA or an equivalent degree in a relevant field from a UGC-approved and reputed university is preferred, with no third division and a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.

• Applicants should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bangla, along with good listening and negotiation abilities.

• A clear and simple communication style is essential for explaining complex information effectively.

Build meaningful relationships to ensure consistent service excellence and long-term satisfaction. Maintain a clear understanding of customer needs to offer personalized solutions, while keeping them informed about travel endorsements and foreign exchange quotas. Highlight key benefits of available services and identify relevant cross-selling opportunities across deposits, loans, and credit cards.

• At the Airport Lounge:
• Deliver personalized service to high net worth and traveling customers
• Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming and premium experience
• Assist with banking queries and provide on-the-spot support
• Enhance the bank’s brand through professional and attentive service
• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for banking products.
• At the Exchange Booth:
• Accurately process foreign currency exchanges with diligence
• Verify passport endorsements and monitor annual foreign exchange limits
• Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations
• Stay updated on all relevant foreign exchange policies and guidelines
• Contribute to booth profitability through efficient, customer-centric service
