Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.
∎ To prepare a sample after approval from the buyer and send it to the concerned sections of the garments division.
∎ To ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample is communicated to the concerned persons timely.
∎ To ensure that quality samples are prepared and the same samples are given to the garments division so that they can maintain the required standard.
∎ To Check the Sketch sample & Make the Sample as per the Buyer Requirement.
∎ Assessment of design sample, fit sample, red seal & gold seal samples upon received from the buyer.
∎ Strong Knowledge of pattern grading, CAD marker, fabric construction, fabric quality, tests, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers( Puma, Decathlon, GU, Pepco, Next, M&S, H&M etc.)
