Education:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Water Resource and Sanitation.
∎ Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years working experience

∎ Demonstrated working experience in engineering field in development sector, preferably in development WASH project.Ability to speak in Bangla, English, and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal).Team management.Ability to work under limited supervision.Dynamism.Good report writing ability.Computer skills.Capable to design, drawing and estimate Water and Sanitation infrastructures independently.Working skills in CAD (AutoCAD 2D/3D or similar) is a must.Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision of different WASH infrastructures construction works i.e water distribution networks, production well, latrine, WASH facilities at school and health care facilities.
∎ Technical supervision and cross checking of construction materials of WASH infrastructure before installation with specifications, drawing, design quality and quantity.
∎ To maintain up-to-date records of all field level activities to show the status of the work, the status of construction materials, equipment at stores and construction sites.
∎ Conduct regular monitoring and full technical supervision and provide technical inputs to the beneficiaries.
∎ Manage construction contract by providing engineering support during project construction and process contract change orders and design revisions.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
