Job Context:
∎ C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. (Farm Unit-1) is subsidiary concern of C.P. Group of Thailand.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the C.P. Farm Unit-1
∎ Manage the total farm operation administrative management.
∎ Manage & oversee the daily operations of farm administrative management.
∎ Manage group of PEOPLE will be working in the farm.
∎ Create new analysis for farm production.
∎ Develop the farm operation environment according to the farm management system.
∎ Establish and enforce proper farm administrative polices.
∎ Must be experienced handling all farm administrative management.
∎ Ensure the farm is running well in line with the corporate vision of CPB.
∎ To oversee overall farm management such as: production, people management; litter control; bio-security control; make feed and medicine balance.
∎ To manage the crisis situation as and when arise in terms of farm operations in line with the business.
∎ Develop CSR activities.
∎ Follow-up daily farm administrative report to BU Head for present situation;
∎ Reporting to the president about all of the daily, monthly and yearly activities and movements.
∎ Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the position.

∎ Age 45 to 50 years

∎ Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Feed/Farm/Seed/GM)
∎ Agro Company Farm Administrative Management.
Salary: Negotiable
