Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applying the policy of Human resource management and administration to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Planning & Implementing strategy in accordance with the vision of company
∎ Developing Strategic Approaches to Human Resources and executing these strategies.
∎ Leading and supporting on a continuous change agenda. Advising on people decisions to drive effectiveness
∎ and ensures that HR issues are given full consideration in all decision making.
∎ Developing appropriate Human Resource Policies and Standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable
∎ management of employees throughout the organization.
∎ Ensuring the day to day HR functions are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Executing Talent Retention and Succession Planning initiatives.
∎ Responsible for Sustainability Strategies
∎ Handling Labor Relations or Concerns on Respective Country Agency
∎ Corporate Social Responsibility Planning & Execution
