Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to secure efficient and effective Training Programme implementation, Management and coordination for language lab by following training Calendar or Routine.
∎ Responsible to guide Lab Assistant and Reading Camp Facilitator to develop the Myanmar Language throughout the selected refugee children.
∎ Responsible to prepare Training Plan for Myanmer Language Lab.
∎ Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) to determine occupational skill training for refugee children.
∎ Responsible to implement Myanmar Language throughout the Refugee Teachers to achieve the goal.
∎ Develop and updating the training manual, curriculum and materials as per TNA with programme packages assisted by Project Management.
∎ Acquire special attention to the issues of refugee children.
∎ Responsible to Develop Myanmar Language related books and related other education materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in speaking and writing MyanmerLanguage
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill;
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting
Salary: Tk. 36350 (Monthly)
