∎ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01 to 02 years of relevant working experience in HR, preferably in development or humanitarian sectors
∎ Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Basic understanding of general HR management.
∎ Good understanding of HR administration-related issues.
∎ Good understanding of the recruitment process and procedures with archiving.
∎ Knowledge of office management, documentation, and filing.
∎ Basic knowledge of training arrangements.
∎ Knowledge of Oracle or HRIS is preferred.
