Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science (CS) or Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to manage the software and technology related decision implementation
∎ Works closely with innovative Interfaces to configure, test and adjust library software to meet policy and procedural requirements of library
∎ Assist in managing staff users in library automation system
∎ Assist in developing and improving library management software
∎ Assist library technologist and university librarian in developing and managing library website
∎ Work in a team to manage library inventory, perform stock checks, and prepare item list for removal, relocation
∎ Assist in taking regular database backups of target library systems

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant fields
∎ In-depth knowledge of various Linux Distributions Including Debian, Ubuntu, or CentOS
∎ Experience in Shell Scripting (bash, PowerShell, Batch-script)
∎ Working knowledge of Open-Source Integrated Library Management System, Learning Management System and comfortable on installation and configuration of any open-source projects
∎ Experience in Apache, Tomcat web server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL database administration
∎ Hands on Experience on Content Management System preferably Drupal
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
