Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Support: Dispatch units, Motorcycle Gate pass, Invoice issuance.
Oversee SAP operations for dispatching.
Coordinate corporate dispatch activities.
Collaborate with Finance and Logistics teams.
Reporting: Daily Dispatch plan, Order & Payment Control report.
Reconcile Dealer balances, share yearly NOCs, and collect feedback from Dealers.
Control Dealer Advance Income Tax (AIT) Certificates and support yearly tax return submissions.
Resolve customer and dealer complaints regarding gate pass and Invoice issues.
Provide feedback on sales admin activities in the factory.
