Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Support: Dispatch units, Motorcycle Gate pass, Invoice issuance.
∎ Oversee SAP operations for dispatching.
∎ Coordinate corporate dispatch activities.
∎ Collaborate with Finance and Logistics teams.
∎ Reporting: Daily Dispatch plan, Order & Payment Control report.
∎ Reconcile Dealer balances, share yearly NOCs, and collect feedback from Dealers.
∎ Control Dealer Advance Income Tax (AIT) Certificates and support yearly tax return submissions.
∎ Resolve customer and dealer complaints regarding gate pass and Invoice issues.
∎ Provide feedback on sales admin activities in the factory.
∎ Sales Support: Dispatch units, Motorcycle Gate pass, Invoice issuance.
