∎ Globe Pharmaceuticals Limited, a sister concern of Globe Pharmaceuticals Group of Companies Limited is looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to lead a team experienced field forces at a different level.
∎ To keep our rapid growth & development in Pharmaceutical Sector, we are currently searching for aggressive, self-confident, goal-oriented `Assistant Sales Manager`.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Sales target by implementing strategic marketing plan.
∎ Administering sales force to keep them disciplined & motivated.
∎ Monitoring the sales performance of the sales forces daily & evaluating the achievement on monthly basis & also submitting monthly report.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities.
∎ Ensuring continued growth both in retail & institutional sales.
∎ Visiting doctors' vis-à-vis customers regularly to monitor prescription share.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales forecasts.
∎ Liaising with Marketing & Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Ensure prescription target, sales target and collection target positively.
∎ Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to conduct performance appraisal of all reporting subordinates.
∎ 2-3 years practical experience in the similar position in any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
