Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate markets and achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify and prospect potential corporate clients in various industries including pharmaceuticals, garments, hotels, and others.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organisations.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our skin care and home care products.
∎ Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.Achieve sales target.
∎ Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the skin care or home care industry.
∎ Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and techniques.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed.
∎ Should have a solid client database.
