Job Context:
∎ r-pac Bangladesh is a fast growing global supplier of trims, packaging and supply chain solutions to the Bangladeshi export oriented apparel and non-apparel industry and caters to well renowned fashion brands around the globe.
∎ The Assistant Sales Manager , we are looking for will hold the key responsibility of handling a portfolio of clients and meeting the set budgets.
∎
∎ He has to have a thorough knowledge of the CTG market with experience and a thorough track record of servicing this sector.
∎
∎ Whilst a proven track record in the trade is imperative, understanding the customer needs, business retention and new business generation at local level by using his / her relationship skills is of utmost importance. Hence, an existing client base across factories and buying / liaison offices with an excellent rapport is important.
∎
∎ Besides, analysis and timely updates regarding the happenings in the market, RM forecasting based on trends and seasons, monthly/ quarterly / annual sales & intake forecasting is a capability required of the expected candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Assistant Sales Manager - Packaging, is responsible for partnering with the relevant departments to support a range of strategic initiatives, including:
∎ Generate and execute account strategies to achieve the set Sales Targets
∎ Develop a prospective customer base with regular sales leads
∎ Service and retain the existing customer base and maintain high levels of relationship
∎ Regular customer visits to existing and prospective clients to acquire/secure/enhance the business in a profitable manner.
∎ Timely submission of reports to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Demonstrate excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
∎ Excellent project and program management leadership
∎ Have strong written and verbal communication, presentation and leadership skills
∎ Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine question, and influence multiple decision makers
∎ Hands on in Excel and Power point is important.
