Additional Requirements:
∎ Over 4 years of sales or promotion experience, with prior experience in consumer finance or the mobile phone industry preferred.
∎ Familiarity with the local market in Bangladesh, and previous service experience with OPPO/Vivo as a plus.
∎ Fluent in English and/or Bengali, with excellent communication skills.Strong stress resistance.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To take charge of collaborating with OPPO/Vivo stores to promote mobile phone installment loan products together with in-store sales guides.
∎ To train store sales staff and assist in completing the customer installment application process.
∎ To plan offline promotional activities to enhance brand exposure and user conversion rates.
∎ To collect market competitor information, feedback user needs, and optimize product solutions.
∎ To achieve monthly promotion targets, submit performance reports, primarily responsible for managing subordinate employees and serving existing customer groups, with less focus on re-expanding new customers.
