Additional Requirements:

1-3 years of working experience in a corporate organization.
Passionate for motorcycle riding and possession of a valid driving license.
Proficient in MS Office for reporting and presentation.
Willingness to travel frequently to events and HEAD locations.
Strong communication, reading, writing, and public speaking skills.
Excellent team building capabilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Department: Corporate Affairs & Safety Riding
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise Safety Advisor activities and HEAD Safety Riding operations.
Provide Safety Riding training to employees, dealers, customers, and corporate clients.
Arrange and conduct Safety Riding direct training events.
Promote and attract female riders in Bangladesh.
Communicate with Safety Advisors, collect accident data, and compile various reports on activity details.
Lead various Safety Awareness campaigns for bikers, pedestrians, and students.
