• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Developer

• At least 5 year(s) at Electrical Designing position.
• Have basic knowledge of Auto-Cad.
• Must have computer knowledge on MS word, MS excel, and MS outlook.
• Should have Smartness, stamina & strong physical ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Basic understanding of Architectural drawing as floor level, floor height, beam height etc. for preparation of decent & cost-effective electrical design.

• Basic knowledge BNBC standard for electrical design.

• Capable to prepare electrical designs & drawings for electrical installation and relevant works for apartments, commercial spaces and different projects for

• Should be comfortable in computer-assisted engineering software, prepare and study electrical drawings and perform detailed calculations to figure out standards and specifications necessary to complete a project.

• Prepare Conceptual Electrical deign for RAJUK approval.

• Conduct site inspections with Project Manager as needed.

• Single Line Diagram & Circuit Diagram for Commercial & Residential projects.

• Involved in design, development, testing and production of electrical equipment.

• Basic knowledge of LPS, CCTV, PA, PABX system and Electrical Load Calculation.

• Estimate the time and cost needed to complete a project.

• Maintaining, planning and scheduling electrical equipment in the project.

• Review, check and control over all design and drawing output of each designer and instruct them accordingly.

• Ensure fitting and installation of new electrical equipment.
