Responsibilities & Context:
Actual construction work volume check physically on site along with other concerned departments and record accurate quantity in the Measurement Book (MB)
Sub-contractors/Vendors submitted bill check as per approved work order and company approved rate schedule. Running bill's abstract check for each item as per measurement book (MB), last bill quantity with item-wise labor rate.
Sub-contractors/suppliers bill payment check in the ERP Software.
Assessment of projects progress in line with baseline program, and progress report prepare accordingly.
Find out cost-controlling areas, prepare the estimate & rate analysis of additional work for the various project and check daily market labor requirement.
Problem identification for smoothly running of projects and prepare proposal policy of Safety. Security, Quality and Store.
Compare Construction Materials mentioned in the Estimate, Purchase, and Use by the site and prepare project closing report at Sub-structure level, Superstructure level and after Finishing
Review Budget vs project actual cost as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
Check the construction works quality, lab test report of concrete and rebar according to design consideration and check the projects are ongoing as per RAJUK approval
Physical stock verification with delivered and used materials and prepare Audit inventory report.
