Job Context:
∎ Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) (Contractual), under Retail Direct Sales Team (DST) for a reputed Shariah based Private Commercial Bank
∎ Responsible for selling Retail Banking products & services to achieve the set target provided by the Management. Also, responsible to collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from prospective clients while ensuring service excellence through enhancing customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to sell retail investment, deposit and other retail products
∎ Achieve individual monthly Retail Business Targets set by the Management
∎ Assist respective branch for achieving Retail Banking Target
∎ Building relationship with new clients by ensuring proper services
∎ Collect all required documents and complete applications from the prospective clients
∎ Ensure the authentication of all documents collected from the clients
∎ Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis
∎ Ensure service excellence as per bank's policy

Additional Requirements:
∎ 01 (one) year of experience in sales/marketing in Banks/Non-Bank Financial Institutions/Any reputed organizations.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill, energetic, adaptive, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter.
