∎ MBBS/BDS (MPH is preferable)
Job Context:
∎ CIPRB is seeking experienced medical professional to support Training Manager in delivering training programs in Cox`s Bazar. Assistant Regional Training Coordinators shall be responsible for managing `Maternal Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH) and Nutrition Service Delivery for Bangladeshi Host Communities at Cox`s Bazar District` in coordination with the technical units of the organization. S/he will work closely with other team members to ensure that sufficient support is provided in areas such as training, logistics supply, monitoring, evaluation and learning, finance, communications and safeguarding.
∎ Job Location: Cox`s Bazar
∎ Duration: From December 2021 to June 2023 subject to availability of funds and individual performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Training Manager based at Head Office in carrying out the activities of the assigned project.
∎ Organizing regular training sessions in Cox's Bazar (at district and upazila level training centers) in coordination with the local health authority and unicef.
∎ Maintaining liaise with Master Trainers and Training Centre Administrators to ensure effective implementation of the training programs.
∎ Monitoring of training programs as well as performance of trainers and trainees.
∎ Assisting Training Manager in evaluating training programs and drafting evaluation report.
∎ Drafting various data collection forms with specific measurable indicators to monitor training programs.
∎ Performing any other relevant duties as guided by the Project Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3 years' experience in health care training (essential) including coordination with government officials.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
∎ Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
∎ Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
∎ Strategic and creative mindset.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Knowledge on safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.
