Diploma / BSc in Civil / Water Resources / Environmental Engineering

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Minimum 2–3 years in construction supervision (preferably WASH sector)Construction supervision of WASH infrastructure

Site monitoring, quality control, and contractor management

Working with drawings, BoQ and specifications

Supervision of latrines, drainage, IFSTN, water systems

Field reporting and progress tracking Strong understanding of construction supervision and site management for WASH infrastructure

Knowledge of engineering drawings, BoQ, and technical specifications

Ability to ensure quality control and compliance with standards

Skilled in site inspection, measurement verification, and contractor supervision

Familiarity with WASH infrastructure (latrines, drainage, IFSTN, water systems, SWM)Ability to identify construction issues and provide practical solutions

Strong coordination skills with contractors, engineers and field teams

Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards

Good reporting and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks

Strong work ethic and accountability

Supervise construction of WASH infrastructures (latrines, bathing units, IFSTN, water networks, FSTP, SWM facilities)

Ensure construction quality as per drawings, BoQ and specifications

Monitor contractor performance and daily site activities

Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance

Verify measurements and certify work progress

Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental guidelines

Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation

Coordinate with design and program teams for implementation

Support troubleshooting during construction challenges

Ensure timely completion of works
