Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree, preferably in social science/ anthropology/ life-science/ public health/ nutrition or related discipline with good academic records
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise field coordinators and research assistants and ensure data quality
∎ Assist in preparing overall project plan, monitoring plan and field plan
∎ Assist in preparing draft budget and maintaining budget based account
∎ Ensure documentation of the bills and project activities
∎ Assist in conducting training sessions and preparing the logistic plan
∎ Ensure coordination with accounts, admin, and HR department for field activities management
∎ Ensure completion of data collection and other project activities in accordance with the timeline agreed and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
∎ Liaise with government and other stakeholders in research areas
∎ Draf contracts related to the project implementation and field activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising health research activities
∎ Experience in using MS Office, Excel, and other basic computer skills
∎ Good writing and communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Willing to stay and work in rural areas
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ All-inclusive. Any approved travel cost will be reimbursed. Commensurate with experience and qualification
