Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Agriculture
∎ Diploma in Agriculture in any of the Agriculture Training Institute under Bangladesh Technical Education Board.
∎ Skills Required: Field Supervisor,Field Work

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Seed Production from a reputed Seed Production organization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Target oriented soybean production through contract farming.
∎ Candidates having experience related to contract farming/soybean/pulses & oil crops production will be preferred.
∎ Ability to work in stressful conditions and achieve the target/results.
∎ Capable to work in rural areas.
∎ Reporting and documentation skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, presentation & facilitation skill including ability to work in team.
∎ Willingness to travel regularly at field/remote (Char) areas.
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle.
∎ Candidates having valid driving license and own Motor bike will be preferred.
∎ Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
∎ Smart, energetic, proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, Positive attitude, committed team player and dynamic.
∎ Must have typing skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Have good computer knowledge on–MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using Internet.
∎ Must be sincere and must be committed to Bangladesh.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by superior.
