Production planning, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth production activities of the whole plant.
∎ Prepare production planning and scheduling.
∎ Supervise and implement production as per production planning.
∎ Achievement of production 90% and wastage control within 2 %
∎ Production control and inventory control as per customer requirement.
∎ Machine selection for production of a certain SKU economically considering productivity and operational cost.
∎ Prepare proper planning of manpower every day for the next day and control overtime.
∎ Supervise Mold changeover activities and prepare a standard required time.
∎ Supervise and monitor neat and clean housekeeping.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of production activities.
∎ Prepare SOP of production process, Material handling & arrange training for related personnel and maintain documents.
∎ Other assignments as & when required by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Dynamic and self- motivated with high personal Integrity and Loyalty
∎ Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill to maintain strong employee relations
∎ Basic computer skills with specialization in office applications
∎ Ability to train and develop others
