Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Customer Relation, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out accounts and petty cash-related activities at factory
∎ Proper compliance with VAT act & Rules within Warehouse/Factory
∎ Prepare VAT Reconciliation Statement between VAT record and Accounting Record.
∎ Facilitate VAT Audits conducted by NBR, AG and other Govt. Authorities and ensure liaisons with concerned VAT Circle and division office.
∎ Maintain inventory Register as per Govt. Rules.
∎ Ensure VAT Challans for every delivery of products.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports and confirm VAT rebates with coordination of VAT process under group.
∎ Responsible to complete all activities regarding from Receiving PO to Delivery.
∎ Coordinate internal procurement and process development.
∎ To Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives, Plan, Monitor and Supervise Production.
∎ To organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
∎ Coordinating with marketing department and production department to take measures to produce quality products on time.
∎ Make good relation with Corporate Client.
