∎ We are looking for a sharp & energetic Assistant Product Manager/ Sr. Product Executive for marine business and offering a competitive compensation package as well as performance-based career growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generation of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Develop and preparation of product manuals for the assigned product groups.
∎ Monitor of the sales against the target and devising appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecast of assigned product range.
∎ Collect market information and develop market for assigned product lines.
∎ Organize field demonstration, operator training program for assigned products.
∎ Establish standard product specification and ensure product quality.
∎ Visit the Field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces satisfaction.
∎ Develop market by continuous market research.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Experience in Marine Industry specially in Engine sales, Vessel building project coordination, Marine trade.
∎ Proof of good contacts with leading companies and trading house in Marine industry is required.
∎ Sound knowledge on marketing tools & techniques.
∎ Expertise on MS PowerPoint and Excel is required.
∎ Flexibility to travel within Bangladesh.
