Job Context:

∎ We are looking for a sharp & energetic Deputy/Assistant Manager- Service for marine business and offering a competitive compensation package as well as performance-based career growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop existing service team & ensure technical training on marine and riverine technologies Ltd.
∎ Establish & maintain service software for properly monitor the field force.
∎ Ensure service promotional activities when required.
∎ Maintain Communication with principal to share the update status of service activities.
∎ Plan and arrange service campaigns and perform service marketing activities.
∎ Claim warranty to principal with proper documents in every month.
∎ Visit the field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces satisfaction.
∎ Establish a proper customer feedback system.
∎ Provide data and support for new product development.
∎ Look after the engine installation, commissioning & after sales service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Sound technical knowledge on Commissioning, Maintenance and turbo shooting of the marine engine.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge on shipbuilding, ship design & Speed vs power calculation.
∎ Proficient knowledge on MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Flexibility to travel.
