Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Shrimp Genetics is a new business of ACI Agrolink Ltd., specializing in the nursing of healthy shrimp post larvae (PL). The company focuses on leveraging advanced genetic and nursing technologies to enhance the quality and resilience of shrimp, catering to the needs of shrimp farmers.
To support its growth, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Product Manager who will play a vital role in driving market development, strengthening brand presence, and supporting sales operations. The role demands a balanced blend of marketing strategy, campaign execution, digital communication, and customer engagement.

  • Oversee all branding activities from concept to execution, including OVCs, documentaries, promotional materials, and packaging material development.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and product visibility.

  • Facilitate product launches and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers, dealers, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and analyze business sales targets based on current market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure motivation among customers, suppliers, and the field force, and to gather ground-level insights.

  • Initiate and manage customer surveys to assess market demand, customer satisfaction, and product feedback.

  • Establish, monitor, and evaluate dealer performance to ensure compliance with standards and growth targets.

  • Ensure smooth business operations through effective coordination of nursing and sales activities.

  • Collaborate with the MIS team to incorporate software systems that enhance business process efficiency.

  • Prepare strategic documents including the Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Business SOPs, Monthly Review Presentations, and necessary approval notes.
