Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in developing woven garments, caps & hats from concept to production.
Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams for smooth execution.
Work closely with designers and suppliers to ensure product quality & timely delivery.
Support in maintaining product development sheets, fabric/trims follow-up, and approvals.
Track and report product development progress to the senior team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Fashion/Apparel or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in woven garments or headwear product development.
Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
Good communication skills (English & Bangla).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD.
A team player with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
