∎ Master's degree/bachelor degree of accounts background from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Very good skills in MS Office, Excel, and software related works and Social Communication.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Sales & Marketing, Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Micro-Credit, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring plaza's smooth daily operations.
∎ Make & execute plan for increasing foot-fall Plaza.
∎ Responsible for overall hire sales management & target achievement of the respective plaza.
∎ Maintaining plaza's merchandising.
∎ Prepare sales invoice of retailer, dealer & hire sales.
∎ Everyday update daily cash book/Stock register/Hire register /Dealer party ledger & Attendance register.
∎ Report to PM, ASM/CM & DSM.
∎ Ensure and update the plaza inventory management with software & physical counting on regular basis.
∎ Ensure the FIFO method when product delivery to customer.
∎ Develop and initiate marketing activities to increase retail, dealer & hire sales in respective plaza area.
∎ Achieve dealer & hire collection target.
∎ Gather knowledge competitors sales policy, strength & weakness.
∎ Perform locally business promotional activities like branding, sales promotion related activities.
∎ Collect necessary document for hire customer.
∎ Ensure proper verification of hire customer and concern guarantor.
∎ Perform any other task assignment by the plaza manager & higher management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
