Job Context:
∎ To coordinate and implement Lean Manufacturing standards, practices and policies
∎ throughout the relevant business unit in order ascertain the alignment of the organization to
∎ achieve its business objectives through eliminating or minimizing non-value adding
∎ activities
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and conduct in-house training programs on MOS
∎ through analysing information provided by consultants and
∎ secondary data/materials in order to impart knowledge and
∎ skills to relevant stakeholders
∎ JFB hit rate %
∎ Implement new MOS practices & processes to the
∎ production/support floor(s) and carryout special MOS
∎ projects through continuous improvements in order to
∎ facilitate the smooth functioning of the process
∎ KPI Driven / Project milestones
∎ completion
∎ Prepare Visual Displays for factory information after
∎ agreement on requirements with relevant management.
∎ Carry out data collection and analysis to help resolve
∎ problems systematically identified by management
∎ KPI Driven
∎ Prepare team for MOS calibrations as per the given
∎ directions
∎ MOS Calibration Phase
∎ Engaging with Group Lean Enterprise and Divisional Lean
∎ Enterprise in knowledge sharing sessions and ensuring the
∎ knowledge is practiced through projects.
∎ Action Plan Hit Rates %
∎ Prepare and generate MOS information regarding lean
∎ implementation status through Reports, Graphs, and Visual
∎ Display in order to deliver, improvements in production
∎ floor and facilitate management decisions
∎ Visual Display of Key
∎ Performance Indicators
∎ Facilitate & capture learnings from Consultant visits &
∎ internal resource persons and ensure they are retained for
∎ continuous business improvement
∎ KPI Driven
∎ Perform additional duties that commensurate with the
∎ current role, as and when requested by the management
