∎ Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Proven track record in Bricks production.
∎ Strategic Planning and Leadership skills.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Leadership and teamwork, Paper production, Product Costing and budgeting, Production planning, Workforce Management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality control: Production operators are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards. They may perform quality control checks and document any defects or issues.
∎ Safety: Production operators are responsible for following safety procedures and ensuring that other employees wear appropriate safety equipment.
∎ Production goals: Production operators are responsible for ensuring that the business meets its production goals and timelines.
∎ Communication: Production operators may need to communicate with managers to understand project requirements and liaise with other employees to set clear instructions.
∎ Training: Production operators may be responsible for training new employees.
