Educational Requirements:
∎ Holding at least a Bachelor degree.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct periodic inspection of premises or property perimeter to protect against fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism, and illegal activity.
∎ Protect organization’s storage and content property, comply with property laws, deter criminal activity, and other issues.
∎ Ensure safety and security of the office equipment, materials and assets.
∎ Ensure utility services are not misused.
∎ Provide support to materials and logistics management when required.
∎ Assist in warehouse operations when necessary.
∎ Ensure safety security of warehouse and materials kept in the warehouse.
∎ Smooth warehouse operations. Materials receiving (UNICEF supplies and local procured supplies), Materials handling at warehouse, Materials sending to LC for use (activities involved i.e. planning, transportation etc.)
∎ Ensure safety security of documents related to logistics i.e. received challan, delivery challan, GRN (Goods Received Notes) etc.
∎ Maintaining Stock Register, update bin card.
∎ Ensure Maintenance work, pest control treatment and any other repair work in warehouse when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent writing skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Have skills in record keeping and documenting.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Have eagerness to learn and apply.
∎ Have strong team working skills.
