Key Responsibilities
· Meet assigned monthly and annual auto loan disbursement targets.
· Acquire new auto loan customers through dealers, showrooms, and direct marketing initiatives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, vendors, and customers.
· Promote auto loan products, features, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
· Ensure high-quality customer service by guiding clients throughout the loan process and addressing queries effectively.
