∎ JOB PURPOSE: To Assist Manager, Telecom and provide active and extensible solutions for a smooth telecommunications system.
∎ Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare department-wise PABX extension and mobile bills
∎ Ensure new mobile SIM distribution and registration
∎ Update the documents of all mobile set deliveries and returns
∎ Ensure to update the mobile phone number entry on OTP.
∎ Ensure the Telecom network maintenance works
∎ Prepare MIS reports regarding PABX maintenance SIM distribution and registration
∎ Ensure to file up departmental documents
∎ Communicate with staffs of BRAC Field Offices for SIM replacement
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years of working experience in a relevant field or working experience in a call-center will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge on mobile operating systems.
∎ Good computer operating knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
∎ Basic Knowledge on mobile and PABX Network.
∎ Good Knowledge on documentation and record keeping.
∎ Basic Knowledge on database management.
∎ Fluent in English reading and writing.
∎ Ability to work day long under pressure.
∎ Co-operative with team
∎ Self-motivated and Innovative.
